Since I now live just across the road from Downtown East, I dropped by there for dinner and to catch people during the Singapore Cosplay Festival
The lady pictured isn't as frightening as she looks. (There were even more frightening cosplayers ordering at Burger King.) She's playing a male character from Hunter X Hunter, Kuroro, I believe. I could actually converse with the lady pictured, despite her appearance she spoke very intelligently, quoting Dragonlance, Heroes, etc. If I were any younger, I may have joined them as padawan Obi Wan Kenobi.
